After introducing her band, Odie Leigh called upon the crowd to all say their names on the count of three. Being on a first name basis with the audience is just one example of how Odie Leigh offered an intimate set last weekend in Asheville.



Odie Leigh made a stop in Asheville at the Grey Eagle Music Hall on the tail end of her Carrier Pigeon Tour. She brought Angela Autumn along with her to open up the show. Angela Autumn offered a beautiful solo set to kick off the night.



Leigh’s current U.S. tour is for her debut album that came out this July, so naturally most of her set consisted of songs from Carrier Pigeon. Odie Leigh also played several songs from her eps, How Did It Seem To You? and The Only Thing Worse Than A Woman Who Lies Is A Girl Who’ll Tell Truths.



Odie Leigh’s music is very personal, so it was not surprising that her set was just as personal. From her performance to her interactions with the crowd, Odie Leigh’s show created an atmosphere of a slumber party.
